My Purchases
Only legal entities, partnerships, and fully capable natural persons can register as users. Minors are not allowed to register on the Luxurylove website.
Luxurylove ships internationally. The exact terms can be found in your order summary.
If your place of residence is not in Switzerland and the price of the purchased item exceeds the duty-free allowance for your country, you will have to pay customs fees. These vary depending on the country in which you live. Please inquire with your country's customs office for more information.
If the item is already in our warehouse (e.g., for Concierge orders), shipping will take place within 48 hours. You can check whether an item is in stock or still with the seller in the product description under "Delivery times and shipping costs". If it is not in stock, please be aware that there may be delays in shipping, which we can only partially influence. Once you have purchased your item, we will immediately request it from the seller and ask them to send it to us.
Our shipping partner is Swiss Post. All our items are shipped insured. We ship plastic-free. To make our shipping as sustainable and environmentally friendly as possible, we use recycled cardboard, paper tape, and eco-friendly natural materials or reused padding.
You can track your shipment at any time using your tracking number. You will receive this by email after completing your order.
Please first check the status of your shipment in your profile. If the status says "Order shipped," you can track it anytime with your tracking number.

If the seller has enabled the "Price Offer" option for their item, you can make them an offer at any time by clicking the "Make Offer" button.
When you make a price offer, it is forwarded to the seller. The seller can either accept, reject, or make their own counteroffer.
My Sales
Any user who resides in Switzerland can offer their luxury items for sale on the Luxurylove website.
Luxurylove accepts all brands listed in the designer list. If you choose the "self-sell" option, you can also add a brand if it is not listed in our list. We ask you to put the brand you wish to add in parentheses behind your product title. We will review the item you uploaded and inform you once it is approved for sale.

You have two options to sell your item on Luxurylove:

When setting the right sale price, we ask you to consider various factors. It's important to know how much you want for the item, but the price should also be at a realistic level.
We recommend setting the price between 10% and 70% of the original price. For new items, a reduction of at least 20% from the original price is recommended. Vintage items, collector's pieces, and highly sought-after items are exceptions.

You can change the sale price at any time in your user account under "Sales Orders." The price cannot be increased after the item is listed, but you can lower the price to improve your chances of selling.
The sales commissions are tiered and depend on the sale price. More detailed information can be found here.
To get the best possible photos of your item for sale, we recommend photographing it in good lighting.
Daylight is certainly the best option, although good photos can also be taken under bright artificial light. For the background, please choose something as bright and neutral as possible. A white wall, white table, or bedsheet works well to showcase your product in the best possible way.

No. Once the item has been approved and listed on the website, you cannot add more photos or make changes to the description. If something changes regarding the condition or availability of the item, please delete the listing and re-upload it with the corrected details.
Once you have fully listed your item, we will review it and have it online within 24 hours.
Once the item has been sold, we will send you a shipping label. After receiving the label, you can safely package the item and ship it with the courier service.
My User Account
If you want to, you're welcome to upload a profile picture, but of course, you don't have to. You can upload a profile picture by clicking on "Change Profile Photo" in your profile and uploading your desired image.
You can change your password anytime in your user account under the section "Adjust Account Data."
To subscribe to the newsletter, click the box "I would like to receive regular updates from Luxurylove" during registration. If you want to disable the newsletter, please send us a brief email a kundenservice@luxurylove.ch, and we will disable it for you.
The data you provide in your user profile is not publicly visible. Only your profile photo and username will be visible to other users when, for example, you sell an item or ask a question about an item.
For each item, you will find a small heart and the button "Add to my Lovelist." When you click on it, this item will automatically appear in your profile under the "Lovelist" section. This way, you can keep track of your favorite items and quickly access them again at any time.
Please send us a request at kundenservice@luxurylove.ch, and we will initiate the deletion of your account after review.

As great animal lovers, we kindly ask for your understanding that we do not wish to sell certain fur and pelt products in our assortment, as their origin is often unverifiable. However, since we also carry leather products, the following pelts are allowed:
